Hello my name is Yaseen I am a African American chef who loves to reinvent the traditional food menu ... what I like to do versus what I specialize in are two different things just like me cooking from home versus cooking in a restaurant both are high end great flavor food but each brings it owns package and presentations ... I work well cooking different cultured food as well as desserts ..so far the food styles I know are French, Italian ,Spanish ,indain ,American and African American..Asian American .
