My fondness for limousines and the transportation industry in general began in college when I applied to become a limousine driver to supplement income. Throughout my 5 years as a driver I was fortunate enough to meet outstanding people that confirmed what I knew to be true was that I really enjoyed providing superior customer service. Since college, I have served this great nation as a member of the Armed Forces and enjoyed a prosperous career as a management consultant, but I am ready to once again serve the great people of Ohio. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a call I tell the customer my name and then I ask the customer their name. Once I have greeted the customer I ask for the details of their event and then proceed to send them a limousine contract via email. Additionally, the day before the scheduled service, I collect the payment in full via credit card or cash, while also confirming any last minute details or changes to ensure that their experience is enhanced the Grandiose Way! Once the service is complete I will follow-up the next day to obtain any feedback as to how to provide better service in the future and to make sure the customer enjoyed the experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of driving and ownership experience collectively and I also obtained my Master's in Business Administration in 2013 from Ohio Dominican University and I have a Bachelor's in Finance and Human Ecology.

10 Passenger Stretched Limousine - $100 per hour
14 Passenger Excursion - $135 per hour
4 Passenger Sedan - $75 per hour
Airport Shuttles - Flat fee of $125
How did you get started in this business?
When i was pursuing my undergraduate degree from Ohio State I moonlighted as a limousine driver throughout college. I always told myself that once I had enough capital saved I was going to open a limousine business so once I returned from deployment I utilized my earnings to open the business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customer have included corporate executives, hotels, golf clubs and anyone in the general public seeking limousine services for a special event such as birthdays, Proms, anniversaries, wine tours, Christmas light tours, corporate parties, concerts, bachelor & bachelorette parties, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The event that stands out to me is the Night to Shine event held annually where I am a participant. My role in the event includes driving all the participants around in a predetermined route. It is truly special and I would encourage everyone to get involved if possible because the kids are great and they will surely put a smile on your face!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to customers is to have as much detail as possible prior to calling the limousine company.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should have the details of their event to include the date of the event, the number of hours they will need the limousine, number of passengers, carry-on bag, method of payment and if they want any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
