I have been in the food service industry for about 20 years now and have worked in just about every aspect from fine dining, hotels, mom and pop, you name it. My formal training is classical French but have made almost everything. As a sous chef at friendship village I came up with new international dishes every week for about 3 years so I have plenty of ideas. The end of the day my only goal is that everyone is happy, thats my favorite part about this industry is its my way of making sure everyone is happy at the end of the day.
