Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We generally start with our customers with a quick phone call to qualify them as clients. We talk about their project to make sure we are a good fit. We try and understand what they are looking for and the end product that they are wanting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the industry for years and have come across all types of situations.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Nope! Everything we do is custom...each job is different and so should the quote! Every one of our clients wants and needs are different. We want to work within your budget and make sure we provide the results you expect!

How did you get started in this business?

I started off working for a large production company in Cleveland, after several years of working for them I ventured out on my own...best thing I ever did!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate, Weddings, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Gala's, Fundraisers, Non-profits...the list goes on and on!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Each year we are asked to participate in a Gala that improves the quality of life for kids with Cancer. We do this 100% donation...it feels good to give back to such a great cause.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Talk and communicate with them...make sure you get a good vibe that they can deliver the results you are looking for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask for examples, talk about equipment, scheduling...you should know about thier business!
