What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a quick phone discussion to learn about your specific needs and schedule a FREE initial on-site consultation (if needed). That is followed by the photo shoot and an in-person review / sales session about a week later, with fully edited purchasable proofs. Product is ordered and typically hand delivered to you home.
