What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever a new color client schedules with me I always send a text and discuss our expectations and goals for our upcoming appointment. Otherwise, consultations are always free and can be booked through my website.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All my starting prices for each service can be found on my website. The only service not included in online booking is color corrections. These require a free in person consultation and then will be booked by myself after our appointment. Vivid colors and/or corrections cost $90 an hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for a local salon in highschool and was lucky enough that I always knew beauty would be the field I would pursue. 10+ years later I know I made the right decision.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with clients that prefer a blended, dimensional, or bright look. My clientele age group is usually between 20-50 years old.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look through pictures posted on the salon's social media page to see that person's style and ability. Also, reviews on their website can be very helpful.
