Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my company we request what type of usage you would like licensed to you. Also a shot list is better for us to work off of in order to give you an accurate estimated qoute. Finally a phone call can solve a lot of fine tuning to the bid itself, so please reach out. 614-461-6633 studio
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of professional commercial based experience and a BFA in still photography. Myself and my team will not let you down.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All estimates are based on the job and final usage itself.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been shooting professionally since 1989.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a wide range of clients. Please see a partial list on my website.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In this business I have found that those possible clients looking for fast and cheap should probably just keep on moving past me. I deliver every time with experience, professionalism and quality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I am happy to educate possible clients in the needs they seek. You do not have to break the bank for what you seek. An educated request is always a better informed client that is always satisfied with their results.
