What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone to discuss the clients needs and wants. Answer any questions then schedule the shoot time and location.
We will meet at the location discuss the shoot and confirm goals shoot list, then I will take the photos. Time of shoot varies.
Once the shoot is over, I will edit the images and send a link of the digital files to the client. Turn around is about 5 days unless the order is expedited.
Client receives the files and the rights to the images.
