What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the New client come in for a consult.
We will discuss their desired goals and color match and determine the length they would want and what will blend with natural length and density.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in Great Lengths hair extensions since 2010 and I'm currently only taking extension clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Starting at $1500 and up depending on the clients desired look. It can go all the way up to $7000 for the ultimate set of extensions.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always know I wanted to do hair. In the last 12 yrs I started working to build my extension only business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for stylist work and make sure the stylist is well versed in extensions and what's best for the client. Not all extensions are for everyone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Willing to take time to brush 2-3 times a day.
Does the client want to have hair that blends with their natural hair or does the client want a fuller set.
