I have been a professional Chef for over 8 years and I currently have a business NikkiesHomemadeSweets , and it has been my hobby of mines since I was 9 years old. I pretty much always been in kitchen from pastry, breads and savory cooking and much more . I have specialized in culinary arts , I love working with children. I also specialize with working with large groups as a culinary instructor . Lately I have been focusing perfecting my desserts and savory items , cooking is much more than just a hobby to me now it’s my passion.

Now I have my associates in pastry arts as well allergy certified and vegan friendly .
