My services stand out amongst the many photographers in the area because I engage with customers and create images that show not only my style, but the style of the client. I try to bring out the soul in everything I see; from a human being to a tin can, I can find the personality.
I have been in love with photography since I was a child watching my mother take photos. I was gifted my first camera when I was around 8 years old and took photos of everything I saw.
I now have my own business as well as I work for a company called Hall of Fame Photo, in which I take sports photos of kids for the local schools and Parks & Rec.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer varies greatly. With some people, I can get a feel for what they need and book over the phone. For things like wedding or events, I like to sit down with the customer and go over what’s important for them. I like to see images of what the customer is hoping to see in the session. I really like to make it a creative collaboration between the client and myself.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a baseline for the session. When the photos are edited and ready, I put them on my website with a password for your private folder. You can then go in and purchase any type of print or digital download you would like and choose through the images you want. It’s convenient and you don’t have to meet back up to exchange a disk you hope doesn’t get scratched! Clients seem to really appreciate this way of delivering images and it makes it quick and convenient to have them sent straight from the site, to the lab, to your door.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheaper is never better. You get what you pay for in this business and the market is saturated with opportunity for mediocre to great experiences. Prices are mostly based on talent, not client budgets. Know what you can afford and look for the best quality that you can within that price range.
