What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hear the customer out on what it is they really want also offer suggestions if needed. Educate the client on what's healthy and best for them. Most of all make sure they are happy, satisfied and comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ogle Hair Skin and nails in San Antonio Tx. I have been styling hair for 30 years.

I started when I was a teen. I was amazed with all the different braid styles and then it just evolved into a passion for the art of hairstyling.
