What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, a short phone chat to get a better idea of what you're looking for, and an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have. Usually pretty simple!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing formal. Just years and years of taking pictures. Experience is the best education!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. I charge an hourly rate, which varies between $250 and $350, depending on the nature of the session or event. In all cases, the hourly rate is just for time spent with you, and includes all the images, edited and delivered. Don't charge per image or limit how many I send. You'll get a lot of pics! People have been universally happy with both the quality and quantity of my images for the cost.
