What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with communicating via email/text/social media messaging. The next step would be meeting either in person over coffee or video conference and share with us your vision of Your Day and how we can assists capturing it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kevin has Graphic Arts eduction and Pastores Photography has been in business since 2009. We only take less than 10 weddings a year in between family and hs senior sessions.
Ann, in addition being the 2nd shooter will assist with helping build your photography schedule for your day. This allow us to make sure we capture everything we've discussed in our meetings. We can coordinate with your wedding planner if one is available on your timeline.
