We create and make unique foods to be compatible with every venue or event. We offer a wide variety of foods that you can select from to match your event and especially your taste buds. We offer catering to your venue or we offer catering at our facility that can seat about 75 people. We have two fully equipped Food Trucks that are ready to roll. We also offer our Fresh squeezed Lemonade Trailer and our Fresh Made Funnel Cakes and Fried Oreos! Our chef has over 30 years experience and we own our own Restaurant too. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or Phone call info to us, we will follow up with an email or phone call to get more info. We will work a proposed menu and price, contact person of inquiry. Settle on a menu, time, price, amount of people and date. Write up a contract signed by both parties, collect deposit. Show up at venue, collect balance due. Cook and serve guests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in Restaurants for 37 years. I have owned my own Restaurant for 19 years now. We built 2 fully equipped Food Trucks and they have been rolling for 5 years now. We have a broad experience with food and what it takes to make everybody happy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, we dont have a standard across the board prices. The reason is because every venue or event is different. We design and create a custom menu for every event.
How did you get started in this business?
My Parents started a Restaurant back in 1980. I started helping out and found a passion with working with food. I have not stopped since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We catered Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Private Luncheons, Food Truck Festivals, Many other Festivals, Beer and Wine Festivals plus many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We catered a private Wedding in the Poconos in September 2018 at a resort. The Phoenixville Firebird Festival in December of 2018. Plus many others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check out as many caterers as you can. A lot of them offer the same things. We offer most of what they offer plus a lot more. The reason is because we create and make our own foods. We came up with a lot of our own food cdrations, tweaked them and now offer them to you so you can enjoy them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should have a ball park figure in mind of what they are willing to spend. How many people they expect to feed. What type of foods they are looking for. Date and Time for event. Location of event.
