What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with scheduling a private consultation ($75 fee) that goes toward your total balance. You may call or email to request an hour consultation.
Our interaction with customers is effortless and relatively simple. We first obtain detailed information about your dream event. Perform an estimate for your approval, and then begin planning while keeping the customer up to date every step of the way. You know precisely what is going with your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sharon Brown, the founder of 3S Solutions, has over 20 years of training and experience organizing both significant- and small-scale corporate and individual events throughout North America, EMEA, and Asia regions. She has a Marketing degree from DeSales University. Her dedication to searching for the right resources at the lowest prices is a valuable asset that she brings to each event.
