I am not just capturing the visual at that moment in time. I create images that bring every aspect back into being, you at that moment in your life, the atmosphere of the space, the personality of the people or pets, and the feelings of everyone to share, cherish and remember forever.

I have been an artist, creator and photographer for over 30 years. Focused primarily on portraiture since I picked up my first camera as a child, with age and experience I have grown comfortable and successful capturing mood in landscapes. A purist at heart, born and breed into a family surrounded by and working with slides and film , whether it be studio set ups, wedding photography, on site shoots, planned or not, I believe you photo is only as good as the capture. No matter the lighting or situation, it keeps it authentic.

I do not like to edit, crop down far, or manipulate if it can be helped. My fault? I over shoot. Most shoots could honestly be a flip book. And I have done that when they are cool! I really don’t see it as a fault. It allows me to capture things most do not. I strive to do very minimal post production editing beyond a sort and very slight shifts in perspective and for color accuracy.

Available equipment and techniques for capturing your project or event will vary. I do utilize various incredible smartphone camera technologies. Some of them surpass even my professional set ups!! No joke! And some of this cost WAY more than my favorite cameras even. I have created many winning and commercially successful photographs with them. So please don’t be shocked if I start using it or ask to. Film cameras in various formats are available for use too, but any necessary materials are add on costs, as some techniques and materials are not readily available or are expensive. All options and ideas are on the table though as given enough time the materials are out there and can be sourced.

That said? I don’t do video often. I can. No problem. A little here and there, you got it! The event, large portions of it, or if you would like editing I have many connections with professionals who will do a better job than I and will join me for the event.

Turn around time to delivery is pretty quick on 95% of projects. Through out the final product production, you as the client, are absolutely included every step of the way. Given the option to choose scope, size, editing style, overall look, and of course final delivery format. Privacy and discretion are of the utmost importance to me too. The artistic product created is 100% yours to do with as you like. If you want it all? It’s yours. Just the Final Cut and edits? No problem! If there is any image or images, or even full project files, that I have taken that I would like to use or hold onto in any capacity, I will explicitly ask permission. At no time will I use or allow your images shown without express approval. You bought my time, equipment, skills and eyes. It is your event, your project, and your images. Never compromised or questioned.
