Alex 310Photos, LLC, provides quality photos using natural lighting, shot in a traditional style. Individual portraits or groups photos using studio lighting, props, and backdrops are also available.
Photography is my passion, and I enjoy working with people. I am easy-going, fun to work with, and detail oriented. My goal is to make my clients comfortable and gear my photos to their wishes. My menu includes surprise engagements, maternity, family portraits, professional headshots, graduations, modeling shoots, special events, parties and corporate events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's have a conversation by phone, text, or email to discuss your photoshoot. I will go over locations, outfits, and provide some guidance, if needed, to make your vision a reality. Photographs will be edited and delivered within 72 hours of the shoot via Google Drive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught, but I have taken many classes and seminars over the years. I am still taking online classes all the time to improve my craft. I have certificates in Lighting, Fashion Photography, Wedding Photography, Portrait Photography, and Posing. I also have had the benefit of being mentored by two long-time professional photographers.

How did you get started in this business?
Photography has been my passion for most of my adult life. I worked for many years in Corporate America. Finally, in 2013, I decided to pursue photography as a profession by opening Alex 310Photos. I worked my corporate job on weekdays and photographed during evenings and weekends. In 2017 I became a full-time photographer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including families, surprise engagement proposals, maternity, headshots, baptisms, parties, corporate advertising, couples, small weddings, and events. I have also photographed pets, cars, and taken real estate property photographs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with one client on four different occasions. I did their maternity shoot, the baby's first photos, the christening, and the baby's first birthday. We are now friends, and I have had the opportunity and pleasure to capture my friends' special moments. Having repeat customers is very rewarding since it means they were happy with my work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone you are comfortable with, professional, and who has excellent reviews mixed with a compatible personality. Don't be afraid to ask questions to make sure the photographer has understood your desired outcome.
