Hi! My name is Jocelyn Elzer and I'm from Manheim, Pennsylvania. I began to teach myself photography at age 12. I discovered how much I loved being able to capture people in their essence. Because I loved it so much, I started this business at age 15. I shoot weddings, senior photos, engagement photos, and newborn photos.
