What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to meet our new customer, sit in with them and listen to what they need to achieve, then we suggest what technology and Equipment they will need to meet that. From there, we will work on designing the event while factoring in the clients budgetary limits. Where possible, we will have a dry run or rehearsal before the day of the Event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Technology in Audio and Recording Engineering from Musicians Institute, CTS certification, ongoing training by Crestron and AVIXA, Advanced Audio Engineering from RRFC (Recording Connections).

Our pricing is very transparent, and the most competitive in the market as we provide professional service with professional equipment at an inexpensive cost. We have no hidden costs, and we have discounts for multiple day events, meeting venues and meeting planners as well as when we are subcontracted to provide our services.

Corporate Clients, Private Parties, Non-Profit Organizations, Children’s Events, Health Facilities, Golf and Country Club’s etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Alianza Amaericas National Conference held at the Washington Court Hotel. This was a three day event, and just like most of our clients, we became friends and partners in producing the event. The staff of Alianza Americas were awesome and we look forward to working with them again.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not fall for technical jargons that you do not understand. A good provider will work with you and simplify the technology they will be using to meet your needs without getting you lost in the process, this way you get value for your money, high quality service at the right pricing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. How many people will be attending the event at the venue and remotely if any?
2. What’s the venue size? Is it indoors or outdoors?
3. Is there audience interaction or Q&A sessions?
4. Will there be need for a dress rehearsal?
5. What’s my budget limit? How much are we willing to spend on the services and how far can we stretch to get the desired quality and result.
