Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customer face to face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their interests in mind at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have essentially been in the catering business since 2013, I learn how to cook in my high school years and watching my mother cook at a very young age. I pride myself on adapting to the changes in the food business and offering the best product to my customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a menu that show the pricing for what our clients want to order.
How did you get started in this business?
one day i was sitting at home wondering what i was going to do because we needed another income in our home to make ends meet. So i decided to take my last $200.00 and start my catering business because I couldn't work anymore because of my illness which stop me from working. so this is what i do now and i love what i do. i applied for my license and got started.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Corporate, Residential, Family reunion, schools, Private Parties, Personal Chef,
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have catered several family reunions where myself and my stuff gave 100% of our service to families who were well deserving.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. there is nothing more frustrating then working with a caterer that you can't even seem to reach. we realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process. Please make sure both parties understand each other to the fullest.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you licensed? Are you insured or bonded? General Liability? References from previous customers that you can either talk with or see work in person. Check the BBB in your area. Ask about budgets from previous jobs met or went over budget?
