About

My name is Fabiola Jeune and I am a 29 year old part time entrepreneur. I work part time as a phlebotomist at the hospital but when I’m not doing that my passion has always been cooking and bringing joy to people with a nice home cooked meal. “Elly Eats” is inspired by my older sister named Elysha , she passed away back in 2021 and absolutely loved my cooking. My parents were born in a small island in Jeremie, Haiti so I specialize in soul food and Caribbean food such as curry chicken, oxtails, jerk shrimp, cabbage, Mac & cheese etc. One day I had an idea to start selling plates outside of my car down in the city on E carson and was able to sell out within an hour. Two years later I decided I wanted to make this legitimate and started my first LLC which is “ Novelty Elite LLC” which I run several businesses under and Elly Eats is one of them. I started getting involved in vendor events etc. I now have access to a bigger kitchen and better equipment which makes my passion easier to pursue, with that being said I now offer catering services and personal chef services. I provide free quotes and need a minimum of a 2 week notice for smaller catering events or personal chef services. For bigger events such as weddings , I need 4 week notice. I do require a non refundable 100$ deposit for personal chef services and 250$ non refundable deposit for wedding/birthday etc catering events after signing contracts and accepting my prices and policies. Remainder of payment is due 24 hours prior to catering event as at this point all the food had been made and reserved for delivery. As far as personal chef request, I do not include the groceries so grocery lists will be a separate charge. Prices vary based on each situation /circumstances but deposits are mandatory for everyone. I’m very understanding and ask that you communicate with me so I can ensure I give you the best easiest experience and leave you satisfied with my work ethic , food and overall services. Please feel free to send me a message and allow 24 hours for a response.
