I'm a West Virginia photographer home-based in Morgantown, W.Va., and I look forward to our collaboration. My background as a U.S. Navy Photographer's Mate and newspaper photojournalist has helped me become the photographer that I am today.

When working as a family and wedding photographer I am privileged to be able to capture everlasting memories for my clients. I would consider myself to be a traditional photog who aims to document the "decisive moment," sees the big picture as well as the details, and seeks to be a visual storyteller.

I offer a wide variety of wedding photography packages and am familiar with the many wedding photography styles. The same may be said about family photography. Whether you're seeking a documentary-style family & kids photography session, family portraits with location lighting, or graduation and senior portraits, I'll work with you to realize your vision.

I continue to wear the hat of a freelance photojournalist when called upon in West Virginia. I also continue to offer my services as a business photographer in Morgantown, West Virginia, Southwest Pennsylvania, and beyond. I've had a unique blend of business, commercial, and corporate clients since 2000 when my business was Shephard Imageworks.
