We work with the client, their budget and food preferences to create a unique menu for their event. We love what we do and you will see it in the food quality and service. We are guerrilla caters, we go anywhere, indoor, outdoor and we adapt to any situation and excel! I have been a Chef for over 30 years, battle tested and fully insured. We have traveled as far as Virginia to accommodate our clients and we have been a strong presence in the southern tier of NY, the northern tier of Pa, upstate NY and New Jersey.
