About
I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated. I enjoy feeding others, the oldest of 5, I've been cooking since I was 11 about 25 yrs now. All my food is flavored with love. Your not just a number to me, but a person I am blessed to have the pleasure of feeding!
I knew I wanted to cook since I was about 5, when my father bought me a little fisher price oven. Seeing the smile on people's face when they enjoy my food is priceless! From my heart to yours!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My menu has all of my pricing and delivery is a separate fee. If you would like a menu to be emailed to you send a request to [email protected]
How did you get started in this business?
Back in 2002, as a teenager I used to cook for my friends, they would buy the food and I would make it. Fast forward to 2018 I got a booth at the Steam town mall in Scranton PA. There I did Soulfood, Cobblers, Pound Cakes and Ice cream. People would ask me if I did catering, I catered a party at the Aquarium it went very well and that's how it began!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers, Young, Old, middle aged, Black, White, green, purple, I'm happy to serve everyone!😊😊
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I catered for a Luau Party recently! I love anything Paradise or Island themed! They ordered Homemade Fried coconut shrimp, and I was so happy how good the shrimp came out! It's a new item I now will be serving at the restaurant!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please read the reviews on anyone you are looking to get service from. And that's in any service, not just catering!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How many people they are looking to feed. Are there any allergies or vegetarian needs. Know your budget. Don't be afraid to ask for something that's not on the menu. Be sure to confirm the date and time you need your order, always check it twice!
