You may remember us as "Laughing Gorilla" that infamous street food pop up/catering force that, like, everyone was talking about. Well, we've opened a restaurant called "Troop" and believe it or not, we're even more awesome, ridiculous and fun than before.

Troop prides itself on elevated street food. We are globally inspired and proudly offer up fusion food powered by local farms and artisans that will excite any palate. An event with Troop is fun, fresh, and dope a.f. and while your food will be anything but predictable, it will be delectable and always a party from start to finish (cuz' there aint no party like a Troop party). Our philosophy is simple: Great food, The best humans, and a great time.
