I introduce myself and expect the customer to do the same. The consultantion falls under this category as I get a better understanding of the customer’s needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in my profession while being licensed for 17 years. I am proficient with haircuts (men and women) and current with the latest trends. I am also excellent with wig making and hair extensions.

How did you get started in this business?
Hair has always been “my thing” and I just stuck with it. I started as a kid playing with dolls and then on to high school where I styled my friends’ hair
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with all types of customers bring make or female, young and old. I see no color when it comes to doing hair(no discrimination)...unless I’m adding color to the hair.
