What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new clients require a mini consultation to get basic knowledge of what the client wants or needs that could be via phone, email, or text. Following a consultation at time of appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years in the industry. I attended Paul Mitchell the School Knoxville. Attended several cutting and color classes to enhance my skill set.
