What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is super simple. I want to make sure you're comfortable, so I put you in the driver's seat.
I will ask you what you're looking for. What type of photoshoot, the amount of people or pets, the location. Lastly, I'll ask you to send me your inspiration. It could be pinterest, poses or pictures you've seen before, anything you find inspiring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in multiple studios professionally. I have worked with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I am not opposed to learning new techniques, and I'd love to hear new input as well.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started taking photos professionally for my cousin who was an aspiring model. We went to so many different locations, and did all different kinds of photoshoots together. I'll never forget those moments with her.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with models, families, couples, children, pets and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I was able to photograph my best friend and her husband. They've never been able to have professional photos taken. Now, they have a beautiful canvas abouve their fireplace. It makes me so happy to see how happy they were with the photos. I'll never forget the look on her face when she saw them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you find someone who you can have fun with, someone who can make you laugh and smile naturally. If it's all business, you don't get the natural smiles and it just feels posed. I want to make sure you feel that way with any photographer you choose.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about your family, the moment you want to capture. What makes it so unique or special? Is there a color scheme you'd like? Any props that might work? Do you have any locations in mind?
