What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer comes in to ur salon, they will recieve a full consultation of their hair, nails or skin depending on the service they wish to receive. Once completed, they will complete a COVID-19 form with temperture check; along with any other service form to be complete for service. (consent, chemical release, etc.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cosmetolgist have to recieve continuing education classes yearly that keeps us updated on the State Regulations for sanitation and disinfecting, with updates of styling, chemical, and product knowledge.
