What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation appointment to see what is need by the client, and to let them know if what they are asking for can be for fill at the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a cosmetologist who has completed the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetology Stage Campus here in Memphis, TN. I have completing my 1500 hours and graduated.

How did you get started in this business?
I started doing hair at the age of 14. I want to own my own business as a salon stylist and to teach others what I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Children and adults, male or female.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love being a member and singing in the choir of the New Fellowship NB Church where I have been a member since 1995. I am also Deaconess and getting ready to become a missionary. Which is part of our women ministry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please give us the opportunity to try. People don't change and it takes time to change the circumstance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If what they are try to do is a life style change or a temporary fix.
