Specialty Planners International was founded in 2000 to answer a need for creative, unique experiences for our corporate clients. We have evolved into a multi-faceted, service-oriented organization that focuses on building trusting relationships with our clients to deliver their goals and objectives.
As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) we have been tested and have meet industry standard for experience, professionalism and education necessary to execute a successful meeting or event. We are highly involved in our industry and hold board of director positions in local associations giving back to the community and offer training in the industry.
We offer experience and creativity. While giving our clients peace of mind, we take the planning and execution off thier plates. With their vision in mind, we collaborate to create memorable events!
We love the creative process to find the best venue, food and other elements that make your program memorable. We have great relationships with our clients and vendors alike and it is always fun to do business with people you like and work well with.
There are always new trends in our industry and it is great fun to see what might be tweaked to add that special something even to a repeat program. We are always learning and sharing new ideas with fellow industry professionals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know when you are planning a meeting or event you will have lots of questions. We will have some for you too. The more we get to know why you are holding the program and what you want to get out of it, the better we will be able to serve you. No two meetings or events are alike, even those that reoccur on a monthly or annual basis. We are here to help you get to that goal you are striving for with professionalism and care for your participants.
