What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we talk or meet with a client we've then prepare a quote based upon the information they have given us. We can set up a tasting if the client chooses to. Once the client approves the quote we then draft a contract for the client to sign off on, there is a 30% security deposit due for booking.
