I am a certified chef from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I am a state insured and ABC license carry bartender. I also have my ServSafe certification from the state of Tennessee. I have been cooking and bartending for the last 25 years.I decided to combine the two into one business as a One-Stop shop. I am able to accommodate any food request from BBQ, vegetarian and vegan. I am able to accommodate dietary restrictions such as celiac disease or diabetic. when I'm not catering event I am a traveling chef for a military catering company going to different military bases to cook for our soldiers! And finally I have a love of baking cheesecakes..
