    Adam was far and away the most phenomenal vendor we worked with over the course of our wedding planning. From working with our budget and schedule to accommodating food allergies, Adam was always consistently exceptional and I never had to worry about a thing.     I like to get the customers idea on the perfect meal to create it not just here's a menu. I believe as a personal chef / caterer I need to be able to create meals that my client wants not one they have to pick off a set menu.

    I am an Army cook Veteran where I spent 10yrs creating meals for hundreds. Once exiting the military I attended The Art Institute of Nashville receiving my degree there. Since Oct 2019 I have been catering and worked ng as a personal chef for several people coming to enjoy the Nashville scene or for companies different parties

    I have wanted to cook since I was a young kid even my recruiter told me I was crazy but I didn't care it's what I like to do
