About
Throughout my entertainment, career cooking has always been a passion of mine. My great grandmother created/published a book family recipes . My grandmother, mother, aunts & sisters would always cook together since I was a toddler. As a young adult, I developed corn, dairy red meat, soy, gluten and red meat allergies . I also have a peanut butter allergy and it was extremely hard to simply Enjoy going out to eat. So I began to take my family recipes and add my own dietary restrictions, twist to it . Overtime my close, family and friends would ask me to host for holidays and birthdays with my healthier twist on the recipes. In January 2023, I started my own food & catering business called "Domolicious Soul food" offering vegan & traditional soul food/Greek fusion cuisine. I manage my team of chefs & servers for local farmers markets, festivals & catering events that we travel to globally. I also handle all bookings & marketing for the business. I am in the process of partnering with local farmers for organic produce that will be incorporated in every meal I curate/serve . My overall Mission is to spread the experience of “health is wealth” through a very colorful and flavorful, personal chef experience, using organic/homemade produce & quality ingredients. I also from make my sauces, desserts, casseroles, and more from scratch. I believe that home is where the heart is and I take great pride in delivering a healthy, yet southern culinary/hospitality experience within the home.
