What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to either meet in person or connect with them through social media, chat a bit and ask just the right questions to find who they are. Connection and communication!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took classes many years ago with Ausitn Photographer Kevin Gourley. I have been a photographer all my life and in business for 8 yrs. During that time I have done a lot of self teaching through experience and various online classes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have 3 different packages and pricing for Family Sessions (this includes pet, best friend, etc. whatever/whoever you consider family)
I have one main pricing for Beauty/Portrait and Fine Art but the price varies after that depending on how many more images you want, etc
I have 2 different packages and pricing for Personal Branding.
For Beauty/Portrait and Personal Branding they can also vary by how many locations and outfit changes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There is a lot that goes in to photgraphy and it is true that you get what you pay for. Look for someone that you feel you connect with and that can deliver images that fit your needs and style.
