What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new client is feeling out a client's personality followed by a consultation. From there we would go into if they are on any medications and have any allegic reactions or any bad experiences w/ any other hair stylist. If not, services will be proceeded. If any, we will seek the severity and follow procedures.
