What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer and their needs and wants and building a profile that insures consistant quality service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the limouisne service for 23 years and have over 700 customers that use us regulary. Training is an on going experience and we strive to give the customer an experience that wont soon forget.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have standdard pricing for servcie, we will provide an accurate estimate. There are indeed policy's in place that could effect the final cost, which we will be happy to disclose in every reservation confirmation.
How did you get started in this business?
Well started part time and I had the opportunity to drive a gentleman that turned my life around and made me start my own company. Goodman Executive Sedan Service was named after the one person in my life that never doubted and always encouraged me, my grandfather Lowell H Goodman!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
CEO, CIO, Governors, Senators, Business clients, 90% just good family and hard working families. We have seen babies turn into fine young men and women over the 23 years.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Driving Pearl Chadwick, 90 years of age I loved driving her and taking her to Graceland to see Elvis seeing she had never set foot out of Texas. It was an amazing treat and I still think about her today she was an amazing woman.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just make sure they provide a professional confirmation, ask detailed questions, look for reviews, make sure they have proper insurance. Question them on everything and make sure you feel good with the answers.
