Have extensive restaurant and catering knowledge with experience in American, Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisines.
Have been a chef for over 30 years, working in both fine dining and casual restaurants, resorts, museums. Have owned my own French restaurant as well as traveled throughout Europe studying a variety of cuisines. Working as a private chef as well as working events as small as 2 to 10,000 people.
