What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, We would meet for a consultation which will allow me to understand clients needs and desire out of there visit. Then we would move on to the shampoo process where you will be advised to lay back and relax as we shampoo your mane. During your service you will have the selection of a light snack and beverage choices.
