What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers to email or call us with the beginning details of their event and what food they are interested in having at their event. We then do a quote to ensure we are within their budget and then have customers come in for a tasting. Once they sign with us we team up for a great event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners have over 30 years experience in the food industry and our 5 chefs have worked for our company for over 10 years along with our dependable wait staff. We are blessed with a low turnover and this helps to ensure consistenency!

We have a menu that we love to send to our customers. We do not do packages as we help our clients to customize their dreams into a memorable event! Let us know what you want and we will help you with the details!

The owners saw the need for a diverse catering company in the area and opened one in 2005 and they have been in the food industry for over 30 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a variety of wedding, corporate and family clients that we help to have a successful event! We love new customers and would love to help you!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We just catered a large wedding for 350 and they served breakfast to their guests! Everyone was so excited to have "breakfast for dinner" and loved creating a waffle masterpiece with a side of bacon!! The bride and groom were extremely happy as were the guests! We had so many compliments on the food and service! We love what we do!
