Depending on what service is being rendered the first and most important question is always going to be "How can I help you?" Listening to what my guest needs will always be priority.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always know since I was a little girl that I wanted to be in this business. I love everything about hair cutting, color, and styling. I love to do makeup and make sure that everyone leaves a little happier then when they arrived.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work withall types of guest. I do not have just one type. Most important type of guest is a happy guest.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I finished my instructors certificate that took a year to do. I feel that is an awesome accomplishment for myself.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure to have an agreement signed so that you know that incase of an emergency you will still be taken care of on the day of your event.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Does the pro listen and understand your needs?
Is the pro willing to make suggestions and tell you honestly that what you are looking for may not be the best look for them?
