About
Not just another mom with a camera, I have over 19 years of experience as a professional photographer. From my time as a head photographer in high school to complete my education at the New York Institute of Photography, I have invested in developing my skill as an artist. Throughout this time, I have developed a specialization in the telling of stories through photojournalistic wedding coverage and editorial portraiture of children, teens/seniors, and families. I love to get to know my clients and design a session that fits their personalities. The environment is relaxed and fun you can find me by just listening to the sound of laughter. Throughout the years, many of my clients have become friends.
I work closely with special needs families. As a mom of a special needs son with Autism and a big sister with Down Syndrome, this is something very near and dear to my heart.
Fun facts about me: I was Little Miss Sugarland 1983, I use to teach Baby Sign Language and still love learning about Deaf culture, I am a currently obtaining my Master's Degree in a BCBA, I am a reality TV show junkie, I sometimes drink my coke through a Twizzler and love to dance.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Business Hours: Closed Monday and Tuesdays. The rest
of the week we are opened from 9am – 3pm unless we are out shooting on a scheduled
shoot.
2. The best way to reach us is always through email. Due to us
being out on location a lot we can get back to email faster than
voicemail. Our phones do not have access to text messages so please do
not text; you will not get a response back from us.
3. You can view our portfolios here: https://www.emotionalaccordphoto.com/Portfolio
4. It can take up to 14 business days to receive your gallery link sent
to you via email.
5. We do offer a very affordable print package which we will go
over at the time of your session.
6. Everyone is required to sign a release form. The release form
gives us permission to take your photograph and to put it on our
website. If you do not sign the release form we cannot photograph your
session and you will be given a refund.
7. You will receive a print release NOT a
copyright release. This simply means you can print your pictures
anywhere but you do not have the right to change or sell our pictures.
8. We will be sending you a What to Wear Guide to aid you in
picking out the perfect outfit.
9. Weather conditions, we do not shoot in the rain, in
temperatures less than 40 degrees or over 100 degrees. In our
experience, these conditions
do not get great reactions from the children. We do set aside time
each month for make-up sessions. Note: they may not be at the original
park you picked but we will try out best to make that happen.
10. Please give us a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule so
that we can get someone else into that time slot. If you no call no
show there may be a $25 rescheduling fee to book your session again.
