What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the process to be very simply when working with a new or old customer. Customer Service is the key to any great business.
Setting up the photo shoot is as easy as it gets. The customer chooses a location that is good for them. If the customer don't have a location, I will send them a list of great locations that I have use before.
After the customer has chosen the location, I will send the customer a photo agreement form. It is a simply process that is done online. After the form is completed, I will book the shoot.
Payment will be pay on the day of the in cash, or I will bill you after I upload the photo and you pay online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate from Stephen F. Austin. I have owned my company since 2008.

My focus is on portraits. The starting package starts at $120.00 with digital downloads. The price range on what the customer need is.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business because I have always had a passion for taking pictures. I decided that I wanted to capture important moments in people lives. This is the main reason I started my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all type of customer. My customer age ranges from 5 year olds to 70 year olds.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a great time taking a portrait in 2009 on the beach in Galveston. It was my first time shooting on the beach, and I did not realize how wonderful it would be.
It was a beach wedding. Two wonderfun people getting married on the beach without family. Before we were done, a crowd of 100 people gather around to join in on the fun.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for quality of work and good pricing.
