What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd love to say we can take every inquiry but that's just not the case so we truly try to get an understanding of what potential clients needs are by having a detailed discussion of the needs.
Following our first consultation (by phone or face to face), before we create the first design document, we request a deposit of $750 which is redeemable against the final invoice and will secure the date of your event on our calendar.
We do our very best to provide clients with a detailed proposal that is within their budget. Should a potential client decide not to proceed, 50% of the retainer will be refunded.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AFCD certified. I am garden rose certified through Alexandra Farms! They are the world’s largest grower of garden roses, and they partnered with Holly Chapple to create a program for florists to elevate their garden rose knowledge and design skills.

We have a $5500 minimum for full floral design. We can accommodate most budgets, so lets chat.
