What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Well I start by telling the clients a little bit about me and what I do. I ask questions about the clients hair. Or I ask them to tell me their concerns or issues with their hair. I basically get to know the client and understand their expectations of their hair. Find out as much as I can so, I know how to treat, style or cut their Hair etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended Paul Mitchell The School & Regency Beauty Institute. I've work at a few different salons, had my own suite in Houston, Tx & worked out of my home.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, I have starting prices for ALL of my services. My prices may increase depending the length, thickness & service being provided.

How did you get started in this business?

I started doing hair at a very, very young age and it's been that way since. I started working from home, salons, and my own suite.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL different races. I'm very diverse when it comes to hair! I love that about myself because, that was my goal to learn how to style, cut and color ALL hair types. Not just ethnic hair.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for a Hair Stylist that LOVES what they do, takes the time to listen & educate you on products & your hair, a stylist that has a positive attitude, good energy and awesome at what he or she does.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How do they want their hair to be?

What are some concerns they may have about their hair?

What are the prices of the services?

Is it affordable for them?

Be honest about what all they have had done to their hair.

What products does the stylist recommend?
