I have worked in the culinary field for 20 years, most of my background is in fine dining, but I also have many years of experience with catering and being a personal chef. For 10 of those years I was also a pastry chef.

Quality is what is most important to me. I like to put the focus on local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. My favorite part of the week is going to the farmers market and getting inspiration for my weekly menu.
