What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know who I'm working with before the session. I give new customers the option to schedule a consultation with me to have me assist them with their planning process. If a client reaches out through email, I will get a feel of what they're looking for in a session and offer the package from my website that best fits their needs. If none of my packages interest them, I am more than willing to create a custom package to fit their needs. Once the session is scheduled, I will be in contact with them leading up to the shoot to make sure that their experience will be phenomenal. Often times, with my new customers, I usually bring a little gift depending on the occasion, to welcome them into the Snaps By Ash Photography Family. My goal is to make sure that they are comfortable and highly satisfied throughout their whole process with me.
How did you get started in this business?
I first discovered my love for photography when my mother gifted me with a camera for Christmas in 2016. Since then, I have been capturing photos of couples, families, professionals, events, and more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with couples, families, expecting mothers, newborns, organizations, business women and men, politicians, models, students, and athletes just to name a few.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
