    Sandra prepared a delicious brunch of for our Senior Citizen group which included SMOKED SALMON, LEEK, AND BOURSIN CHEESE QUICHE and WINTER FRUIT SALAD OF MANGO, BLUEBERRY, AND GINGER. After our meal, she did a wonderful cooking demonstration and taught us how to prepare these 2 dishes. She is not only a great chef, but a wonderful teacher also. I would highly recommend her services to everyone who enjoys great food prepared by a consummate professional!

Proprietor Sandra Danzig is a highly creative event planner and skilled chef. She took the time to listen to my concept for my events and then came up with ideas to compliment the themes. You can see the personal touches in her work; the food is delicious and each time we have received numerous compliments from our guests. She created beautiful tablescapes to display the food and it really brought the theme together each time. I really enjoy working with Ms. Danzig, she is very personable and enthusiastic about her work. I am looking forward to planning another event with Creative Visions Cuisine!

    I like to begin with a free consult either in person or by phone to get a good feel of what the customer is looking for in terms of food and the general feel of the event.  After that I take that information and I put together a proposal with menu options and price estimates for their review.

    I have an MBA and years of experience in the Corporate world.  Six years ago I decided to pursue my passion and never looked back.  I have grown up in a family that spent 90% of time in the kitchen and that has always been the focal place of my house.  Over the years I have taken many technique classes to improve my skills in different areas.

    My pricing and menus are very individualized to each customer and their needs.

    When I decided to pursue my passion I began working in the kitchen at Sur La Table Culinary School where I gained my confidence to go put on my own.
